I’ve decided I need to make some positive changes in my life. To become a less miserable cow. I’m too young (34) to feel this old.

So in the spirit of resolutions… (albeit a week early!)

  1. Do some form of exercise daily. I don’t have to run six miles before breakfast, but some form of physical activity. (We’ll see how long this lasts!) This will help number 2…
  2. Lose a bit of weight. Just enough so that I don’t feel the need to unbutton the jeans when I sit down.
  3. Make more of an effort with my face. Put some mascara on daily – as a minimum.
  4. Eat a bit healthier. Or less chicken in a bucket?

Four seems enough for now. Don’t want to over-commit.

Obviously I’ll start this in January.
